Jessica is an Associate at Robin Lynn & Lee, in collaboration with DFDL. She supports the team in advising on regulatory, corporate, and commercial matters relating to the development and implementation of energy and infrastructure projects.
This includes assisting and advising on legal issues in relation to electricity supply arrangements and the development and construction of renewable energy projects such as waste-to-energy and solar.
She also assists in due diligence and restructuring exercises as well as regulatory compliance reviews. She continues to build her experience in the power and renewable energy sectors through her involvement in project documentation and advisory work.
Prior to joining the firm, Jessica was part of the in-house legal team at a leading aviation company in Malaysia.
