Adelyn is a senior associate at Robin Lynn & Lee, in collaboration with DFDL, and a member of the corporate team.
She advises clients on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring exercises and has experience acting for corporates, government institutions and private equity firms.
Adelyn was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in the year 2019. Prior to joining Robin Lynn & Lee, Adelyn was a senior associate at a leading Malaysian law firm.
