Jidapa is a Senior Tax Adviser with extensive experience advising clients on Thai and international tax. Jidapa previously worked on the international tax team of KPMG and advises clients on inbound and outbound transactions, tax efficient investment structures, cross-border tax issues, and permanent establishment risks.

Jidapa has a Master of Laws from the University of California, Berkeley, in the United States, and a Bachelor of Law with honors from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand. She is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and a licensed lawyer. She speaks fluent English and Thai.
