Andrew Tambunan is a Legal Adviser in our DFDL Office in Jakarta, Indonesia. Andrew is a licensed Indonesian lawyer with key practice areas in Banking and Finance, Manpower, Corporate and Commercial Practice. Andrew works with foreign clients in various sectors, among others: agencies, logistics, fast-moving consumer goods, shipping and manufacturing. He regularly assists clients on general corporate matters, such as reviewing any commercial agreements, advising on any regulation updates and other legal matters in Indonesia. Andrew also assists creditors to provide facility to the various shipping companies in Indonesia and assist the creditors for the perfection of the relevant security documents provided by the borrower.

Andrew graduated with a Bachelor of Laws major in International Law with Padjadjaran University. He is fluent in English, as well as Bahasa Indonesian. With such experiences, Andrew has assisted the clients to solve their problems and issues from Indonesian law perspective.
